Q. Do you collect from a safe place
Yes we ask that you write in notes with your address if you will be leaving the laundry in a safe place for instance a garage 

Q. Can I rearrange once I have booked 
Yes we ask that you give us a call so that we can re arrange the collection 

Q. Do you offer regular collections
Yes we offer a direct debit option, the regular service comes with your own basket/s to keep.
We arrange what days you would like your laundry collected and delivered back to you and have your laundry piles taken care of so you never have the chore again 

Q. What is the turn around time 
We delivery back the next day unless requested a certain date. 

Q Is there a minimum order 
We require that one basket load is ordered. The first basket is £15 this covers collection and delivery every basket after that is £11 

Q Can I drop off and collect
Yes if you prefer to drop off and collect every basket is £11 for mixed wash, dry and fold and £24 for a separate wash basket of lights and darks 

Q. Can I have ironing only 
Yes if you don't wish to have your laundry washed and dried you can have ironing service only

Q. Is there a required wash temperature
We wash at standard at 30 degrees, we ask that you request a higher temp if you prefer. 

Q. What washing powder is used 
We use conditioner with detergents being Bio and non Bio also available is sensitive, please state any requests in your booking 

Q. Are you insured 
Yes we are fully insured, all our policy details are listed below in our disclaimer
